Good Ways cards by Gumera

It's our pleasure to share Good Ways cards with you.

Good Ways is a phrase of speech in some first nations communities - it's a way of telling truth with respect, consideration, kindness or love. Good Ways is also a way of suggesting something without having to explain everything. It creates a sense of knowing and understanding between the storyteller and the audience. An example could be if a person asked "how is work?" a response might be something like "ok, but good ways, I think I want to look for something new".

Good Ways cards were developed using narrative therapy based practices inviting storytelling of rich descriptions of experience, knowledge, hope, skills, belief and legacies. This is in order to seek understanding of impacts and tactics of single or troubling story conclusions that influence everyday life, identity and future possibilities.
